The third version of the special plan for public reconstruction after the 2023 floods in Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany and Marche was adopted under Commissioner’s Order No. 64/2026, dated 31 August. It replaces the previous version and incorporates project changes, deletions, additions and record corrections proposed for Emilia-Romagna by the regional deputy commissioner.

The order, published in the Official Gazette on October 17, records a €99,794,281.87 increase for Emilia-Romagna’s first-phase plan adjustments. This figure describes the change in that phase, rather than the reconstruction programme’s total budget or expenditure already incurred.
