HM Revenue and Customs said the Trader Support Service platform for goods movements between Great Britain and Northern Ireland will change next month. From 20 October, all movement declarations must be submitted through the new platform hosted on GOV.UK.

HMRC has contacted more than 66,000 registered businesses with guidance, webinars and support resources. Customs procedures and businesses’ legal obligations remain the same; each user needs to update profile details and permissions on the new system.
