UAE second retail T-Sukuk draws AED285 million in subscription orders

During the September 23–28 subscription period, orders totalled AED285 million, about 5.7 times the AED50 million target issuance. The figure measures investor orders, not the amount ultimately sold.
Retail investors applying for AED10,000 or less accounted for 75% of applications, while UAE nationals represented 69% of total demand. Women accounted for 17% of invested capital, and nearly half of subscribers had also invested in the first tranche. The ministry said the instrument has a five-year tenor, semi-annual profit distributions and a minimum investment of AED1,000.
