Türkiye–Saudi Arabia meeting reviews trade targets

The Trade Ministry reported trade with Saudi Arabia of $8.6 billion in 2025 and $6 billion in the first eight months of 2026. The Milwaukee discussion covered a $10 billion near-term target and a $30 billion longer-term goal.

Contracting, halal products and transit trade were identified as cooperation areas. The targets are not achieved outcomes; the statement also did not announce completed trade agreement negotiations with Gulf countries.
