Saipem’s September 1 release reports its pre-FEED selection for Synhelion’s proposed synthetic-fuels plant at RWE’s Chemiepark Knapsack site in Hürth.

The work defines plant configuration through preliminary engineering; it is not a final construction decision. Linking fuel synthesis, existing site infrastructure and permitting needs within one scope document matters for clarity of subsequent tender packages.
