The university must propose students for acceptance by the cadastre authority, with an individual training project specifying educational goals, activities and placement conditions. Participating students must meet the agreement’s enrolment and insurance requirements.

The placements are educational and unpaid under this agreement. They do not create an employment relationship, replace staff positions or count as a public-service recruitment advantage. The published framework is distinct from confirmation that particular students have already started placements.
