Sharjah FDI Office (Invest in Sharjah) launched Najm, an AI agent, at the opening of the Sharjah Investment Forum on 14 October. WAM reported that the tool is intended to help investors identify commercial and industrial opportunities matching their project requirements and budgets.
The first phase focuses on land, factories and industrial facilities. The office signed three memoranda with Sharjah’s Department of Town Planning and Survey, Bayut and Property Finder to support access to property information. A live demonstration simulated an investor describing a factory site requirement; it was an illustrative scenario, not an actual project. A later phase is intended to cover further sectors, including education and healthcare.
