Saudi Arabia’s General Authority of Foreign Trade (GAFT) announced definitive anti-dumping measures on aluminium easy-open ends for beverage cans, 50–63 mm in diameter, originating in or exported from China. The decision by the Minister of Commerce and GAFT board chairman was published in the official gazette on 12 October.

GAFT said customs would collect rates ranging from 15.8% to 38.7% according to the schedule in the decision. The measures apply for five years from 13 October 2026. The authority said the decision followed final findings in an investigation opened on 30 September 2025 after a complaint from domestic industry.
