Saipem completes Saudi shallow-water drilling business sale to ADES

Saipem completed the sale of its entire holding in Saudi Arabian Saipem Limited to ADES Saudi Limited Company. The transaction announced in June closed after regulatory approvals and customary conditions were satisfied.

The business operates three owned and two leased jack-up drilling rigs. A separate bareboat charter allows Saipem to continue using Perro Negro 10 in ongoing Mexican operations. This is a business divestment rather than a new EPC construction contract.
