About 24 kilometres of Wodgina Road East is to be upgraded and sealed. PLS expects the work to reduce concentrate-haulage movements by around 35%; completion is expected by the end of 2028.
The village is planned for 1,200 beds and will replace existing accommodation. The infrastructure programme is expected to run from FY2027 to FY2029, with most expenditure planned for FY2028.
