Pakistan’s Bureau of Statistics reported a combined Sensitive Price Indicator (SPI) of 370.46 for the week ended October 1, 2026. The index uses 2015–16=100 as its base.

The report covers 51 essential items collected in 50 markets across 17 cities. It is a price indicator, not a measure of food prices alone.
