Pakistan police academy reviews digital policing and AI training

The interior minister called for modern training equipment and new course modules as the National Police Academy upgrades facilities.

Pakistan Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi reviewed upgrade projects at the National Police Academy on 1 October. At the meeting, he directed reconstruction of the conference room and auditorium and asked officials to complete the work within set timelines.

The minister also called for recommending digital-policing and artificial-intelligence modules for the Mid-Career Management Course and for providing trainees with modern equipment similar to that used by SWAT teams.
