ONGold increases exploration financing offer to $9.26 million

ONGold Resources increased the maximum size of a previously announced private placement on October 5 from $5.346 million to $9.25565 million to support exploration projects in Ontario and Manitoba. The amended offering includes flow-through shares and hard-dollar units.

The company plans to offer up to 7,410,000 Ontario flow-through units for eligible Ontario expenditures, alongside Manitoba flow-through and ordinary units. Closing was expected around October 27 and remains subject to exchange and other required approvals; the amount is not proceeds already received.
