Oman’s Foreign Ministry announced an energy-cooperation memorandum signed by Salim Al Aufi and Akanat Promphan. It covers investment, training and technology exchange.

An Oman–Thailand Energy Policy Dialogue will involve public and private sectors in identifying joint projects. No specific power-plant capacity, financial close or EPC award is disclosed.
