Oman’s Foreign Ministry reported petroleum-value-chain and renewable-energy memoranda in the Angola agreement package. Cooperation will explore a 500 MW project with battery storage.

The package includes a contract to rehabilitate and expand Luanda’s water-distribution network. The renewable proposal remains a memorandum-stage development, rather than operating generation capacity.
