Norwegian industry and energy turnover rose 3.3% in August
Statistics Norway reported August turnover of NOK 284.8 billion across oil and gas extraction, mining, manufacturing and electricity supply.

Seasonally adjusted turnover increased 3.3% from July. The calendar-adjusted series was 25.2% higher than in the same month a year earlier.
The headline monthly change covers the combined industries, including oil and gas extraction. Unadjusted export-market turnover was NOK 174.9 billion in August, compared with NOK 109.9 billion on the domestic market.
