The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) said 20 trainees completed a human-capital development programme run by Heritage Energy Operational Services and H&W Energy. The 12-month course was delivered under the Nigerian Content Human Capital Development Initiative and combined classroom learning with practical industry experience.

The board’s 9 October report said the curriculum covered engineering, procurement, project planning, safety, contract management, mechanical maintenance and information and communications technology. The close-out ceremony took place in Port Harcourt on 8 October. The release reports programme completion, not the number of graduates who secured jobs.
