Kuwait’s Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy Ministry announced technical discussions with Saudi Arabia on water interconnection. The programme was scheduled for September 29–30.

The first day included the National Water Control Center. Discussions cover controls, operation and further coordination; commissioning or final transmission capacity is not announced.
