Kirov cheese and meat output increased in 2025
Kirovstat reported increases in the region’s agricultural output value and several processed food products.

Agricultural output by all farm categories in Kirov Region was valued at 87.5 billion roubles in 2025, up 9.6% from 2024. Kirovstat released the annual figures on October 9.
Regional organisations increased cheese production by 8.2% to 7,200 tonnes and meat and offal by 6.2% to 77,100 tonnes. Kirovstat also reported increases of 3.8% for curd and 3.3% for sour cream; these rates describe annual changes in organisations’ output.
