The event is scheduled from 11:00 to 17:00 at Maru Cube on the first floor of the Marunouchi Building and along Marunouchi Naka-dori outside. The ministry says it aims to create opportunities for consumers to meet and talk with producers and food businesses.

Planned activities include family experiences with smart technology such as remote harvesting, a food-drive activity, talks with high-school students and vendors, recovery-support booths from Fukushima, Kumamoto and Noto, and a market and workshops featuring regional products. The ministry says the programme may change depending on weather.
