The request would add a storage pond with a capacity of 81,982 cubic metres and increase irrigated land from 60 to 78 hectares. It also states an annual volume of 117,000 cubic metres from the Guadalbullón River.

These are proposed changes in an application, not an approved reservoir or operating irrigation expansion. The BOE notice provides a public-information procedure for interested parties to examine the file and submit comments.

Methodology

Application figures in the BOE notice of 19 October 2026, including the stated annual volume of 117,000 m³. The source reports volumes in cubic metres; values are divided by 1,000 solely to express them in the registered unit of thousand cubic metres. 81,982 m³ equals 81.982 thousand m³; 117,000 m³ per year equals 117 thousand m³ per year. Storage capacity and annual volume remain distinct.
