The published public-viewing schedule lists Tawang for 1–7 November, Bomdila for 8–13 November and the Golden Pagoda in Namsai for 14–20 November. The relics, held by the National Museum in New Delhi, are scheduled to return there on 21 November. These are announced arrangements, rather than reports that the visits have already occurred.

The ministry plans ceremonial observances in Delhi on the night of 30 October, followed by transport through Guwahati on 31 October and onward movement to Tawang. An accompanying exhibition will address the discovery and repatriation of the Piprahwa heritage. The ministry says timings and transport remain subject to operational, weather and security conditions.
