Aid for developing, preparing or producing films, audiovisual works or video games requires evidence of at least one author’s involvement in writing or rewriting the screenplay and series bible; animation also requires a graphic author. Aid for original music requires a composer. For supported dubbing, voice work, audio description and subtitles, the resolution specifies eligible author, performer and related technical expenses.
Committee members may not upload artistic material protected by intellectual-property rights from an application into AI tools. The authorship and expense provisions apply to aid applications submitted from the resolution’s entry into force. The text sets conditions for CNC support, rather than a general prohibition on using AI throughout the creative industries.
