Estithmar Holding Q.P.S.C. announced on 10 September 2026 that Elegancia Arabia Trading, part of its Contracting and Industries segment, has been awarded the Mechanical Package for Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Stadium in Qiddiya City, Saudi Arabia. The contract value is SAR 829 million. The company said the stadium is a designated venue for the FIFA World Cup 2034.

Elegancia Electromechanical Services will execute the package, which covers the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), public health, firefighting and Building Management System (BMS) packages. The release says the package represents Elegancia Electromechanical Services’ largest project in Saudi Arabia. The work is scheduled to run from September 2026 to May 2030 and is expected to involve approximately 3,000 Elegancia employees across different stages of execution.

The release describes the stadium as having about 47,000 seats for football and an overall event capacity exceeding 60,900, set on the 200-metre-high Tuwaiq cliff about 40 minutes from Riyadh, with more than 50,000 square metres of retail, dining and entertainment space. It does not name the client that awarded the package.
