The ministry said the recorded courses are self-paced, allowing workers to access lessons at times and locations that suit them. The German course is delivered by lecturer Islam Alaa El-Din, whom the ministry said has more than 21 years of teaching and training experience.

The English course was developed with vivo under a memorandum signed the previous month. The ministry described the training as part of efforts to improve workers’ skills and service quality for visitors.
