The Democratic Republic of the Congo handed over three university facilities at the National Pedagogical University in Kinshasa on 6 October, in a ceremony attended by President Félix Tshisekedi. Rector Yvonne Ibebeke said the government-backed project had been planned since 2021.
Two buildings were renovated: a four-level facility for the general secretaries’ services and another for faculty offices and laboratories. The third is newly built and contains classrooms and a meeting room. The report gives no additional student-capacity figure or project cost.
