The Democratic Republic of the Congo government plans a 13 October auction of a two-year Treasury bond worth US$60 million. An ACP report published on 11 October, citing the Central Bank of Congo’s economic note, gives an annual interest rate of 8%. This is a future fundraising plan, not an auction result or cash already raised.

The same schedule includes indexed Treasury bills worth 50 billion Congolese francs with a six-month maturity. The source gives no interest rate for those bills. The two instruments have different currencies and maturities; their amounts are reported separately without currency conversion.
