Clarity Metals said on October 14 that it had completed its acquisition of an 80% interest in the Bobcat copper project in Idaho. The company issued the vendor 20 million units at an assigned price of C$0.05 per unit.

Kluane Capital FZCO and Cloudbreak Discovery each retain a 10% interest, which Clarity says will be carried until a positive pre-feasibility study. A historical drill intercept cited in the company release—100.13 metres grading 0.36% copper—is not a new drilling result.
