Cambria Gold said its Premier and Red Mountain projects near Stewart, British Columbia, remain in development, with the company targeting commissioning of a 2,500-tonne-per-day mill in the fourth quarter of 2027. It reported that the final permit for in-stream work on the Red Mountain access road arrived on September 21, allowing construction in Bitter Creek to proceed.

Cambria aims to reach the Bromley Humps area by the end of 2026 and expects to build the alpine section of the road during the 2027 construction season. The company is preparing an updated feasibility study for completion in the first half of 2027; major mine authorizations for construction and operation are still to be advanced, so the restart remains a target rather than a confirmed production date.
