Paraná’s October 14 dairy-sector review said enterprises authorized by Susaf-PR to sell animal products rose from 55 in December 2023 to 173 in May 2026. Municipalities participating in the system increased from 95 to 207 over the same period.
The secretariat reported around 85 families working in dairy products and 30 new cheesemaking businesses established in the past three years. IDR-Paraná and Adapar assistance spans herd and milk quality through business regularization; registration counts do not directly measure output or income gains.
