Brazil’s oil and biofuels regulator ANP said the average pump price of gasoline C was BRL 6.54 per litre in the week of October 4–10, down 0.15% from the previous week. Hydrated ethanol rose to BRL 4.14 per litre, while S10 diesel reached BRL 7.36 per litre, according to the agency’s edition 41/2026, updated October 13.

ANP said gasoline was 5.31% more expensive than a year earlier, while ethanol was 3.72% cheaper. The weekly synthesis also covers distribution and producer/importer prices and Platts-based import-parity estimates; these distinct price bases should not be conflated.
