Absa and Thunes deepen partnership for cross-border payments in Africa

Absa and Thunes said October 1 they would expand their collaboration on cross-border payments across Africa; Thunes says its network reaches more than 140 countries.

A release issued by Thunes and announced by Absa said the companies would deepen their cross-border payments collaboration in Africa. The announcement described Thunes’ network as spanning over 140 countries, more than 90 currencies and over 220 payment methods.
