The company said it is exploring a 6 kW cold plate and diamond-based microchannel cooling for high-density systems. For the 6 kW design it reported more than 15% better thermal performance and up to an 80% reduction in power-delivery loss; these are company engineering claims.

Wiwynn also described a co-packaged optics demonstration with partners and early pilot builds for Vera Rubin and Helios systems. Diamond cooling remains exploratory; the announcement does not say it is in mass production.

Methodology

Summarizes thermal-engineering items Wiwynn showed at the event; efficiency claims are company statements and were not independently measured here. The source states a cooling capacity of 6 kW. The table converts it using 1 MW = 1,000 kW, so 6 ÷ 1,000 = 0.006 MW; this is thermal cooling capacity.
