Al Olama said the system has audits carried out by agents and by people. His remarks described an existing oversight arrangement; they did not announce a new law or a newly launched system. Gabon’s digital-economy minister, Mark-Alexandre Doumba, separately argued that permission levels and the ability to reverse actions should be built into agent systems from the start.
