Titon Holdings reported in an unaudited update on 21 October that group revenue for the 12 months to 30 September 2026 rose 8.1% to £17.1 million. Organic growth, excluding the contribution from the G-Pack acquisition, was 4.9%.
Mechanical Ventilation Systems revenue increased 18% to £10.1 million, while Window and Door Hardware revenue, including G-Pack, declined 4.2% to £7.0 million. Gross margin fell to 28.5% from 32.9%, which the company attributed to product mix and lower hardware volumes. Management expects gross margin to improve in FY27 as higher-margin sales, product cost reductions and manufacturing utilisation improve.
