Canadian mineral explorer Steadright Critical Minerals said on October 9 that a management cease-trade order issued by the Ontario Securities Commission on July 30 for its chief executive and chief financial officer had expired effective October 7. The company said it filed its audited annual statements and related documents on September 28, followed by interim statements and related documents on October 5.

According to the company, the restriction applied only to the CEO and CFO and did not bar other shareholders from trading. The update concerns the expiry of an administrative order tied to overdue financial reporting; it does not report a regulatory penalty or a mining result.
