Qatar University, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and Scale AI signed an agreement to develop the National Co-Advisor Platform for academic advising at the university. The announcement describes a development collaboration, not a platform launch.

The planned system is intended to help students access information on programme requirements, course-registration eligibility and academic deadlines, while giving advisers tools to prepare and follow up on meetings. The announcement outlines proposed functions; it does not say the platform is already operating.
