McDermott reported revenue of $2.3 billion and net income of $41 million for the quarter ended June 30. Its August 19 announcement included adjusted EBITDA of $143 million and a quarter-end backlog of $15.8 billion.

Operating activities used $76 million in cash. Adjusted EBITDA is the company’s adjusted performance measure and differs from net income. This report covers second-quarter results and is separate from September’s announcement completing the refinancing transaction.
