Krait Critical Minerals said on October 12 that the third and final tranche of its private placement had closed. The final tranche closed October 9: 285,000 shares at C$0.75 each generated C$213,750 in gross proceeds.

Across all three tranches, the placement issued 2,301,099 shares for C$1,725,824.25 gross. The company said proceeds would support exploration at its Goldbar and Spider Lake projects in Ontario, evaluation of Nevada Hills and Washington antimony assets, and working capital; this was a financing update, not a production announcement.
