The forum met in Nassau, Bahamas, from 2 to 4 September, bringing together representatives of governments, industry, academia, civil society and technical communities. The Opinions address the digital divide, environmental sustainability, communications resilience, space connectivity and ICT-focused innovation.

The ITU said more than 500 people took part in person and online. The Opinions are non-binding; the organisation said they are intended to help build common approaches among members ahead of its highest decision-making conference in November 2026.
