The Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (MIMIT) said the GSE-operated online platform opened at 12:00 on 15 October for companies to submit completion communications and supporting documents under the New Transition 5.0 plan. The ministry said a director’s decree set the opening in implementation of an interministerial decree dated 7 May.

The communication is due when an investment is completed and must identify invoices for eligible costs, while attesting that the required sworn technical report and accounting certification are held. MIMIT said filings cannot cover different assets or claim amounts above those in the earlier confirmation communication. The release announces an administrative filing stage; it does not report how much investment has been completed, paid or newly approved.
