Greenhouse announced its Orchestrated Hiring Ecosystem on 15 October. The company describes it as bringing sourcing, interviewing, scheduling and applicant-tracking software together with job-seeker profiles on MyGreenhouse.

Features include a monthly “Dream Job” flag for one application, Real Talent identity and fraud signals, and a Voice AI first interview using the same questions and criteria for each applicant. Sourcing is in closed beta with select customers; the company says people remain accountable for hiring decisions.
