Great Atlantic Resources reported on September 24 assays from rock samples collected during 2025 trenching at its 100%-owned Golden Promise property in central Newfoundland. Five grab samples from 2025 Trench No. 2 returned between 0.531 and 1.004 grams of gold per tonne.

Together with samples from nearby 2024 and 2025 trenches, the results indicate sporadic mineralization along a corridor at least 135 metres long. These are selective rock grab samples, not a continuous drill interval or a resource estimate; most multielement results were still pending.
