IllustrationThe application window announced for Türkiye’s Energy and Carbon Reduction Support Programme ran from 1 July to 30 September 2026 through the EVDES system. By the time of this report, that published window had closed; the notice does not open a new round.
The Energy Ministry listed manufacturing businesses and organisations in buildings and services, including hotels, shopping centres, hospitals and offices, as eligible applicants. The reference period is January 2023 to December 2025, while implementation and monitoring take place during 2026.
Applications are scored using the submitted information and calculation methods. The ministry said the top 10 applicants in each sector would enter monitoring, followed by a final assessment in 2027. Businesses that achieve an energy-related carbon-intensity reduction above 70% against the reference period may qualify for support linked to the reduction achieved.
A grant may cover up to 30% of an eligible business’s 2026 energy costs, capped at TRY 18,061,775, with payments scheduled for July 2027 or later. The cap is not an automatic payment or a guaranteed award for every applicant.
