DispatchTrack announced Vision AI on 15 October. The tool checks images as drivers take them, flags visible damage, missing items and incorrect placement, and prompts drivers to retake unusable photos before leaving.

The same system lets customers upload doorway and room photos before delivery to surface access and fit issues. Damage photos are linked to order records; the feature is available to customers on qualifying plans.
