Antimony Resources announced on October 15 a proposed non-brokered private placement of up to 10 million units at $0.30 each, targeting gross proceeds of up to $3 million. The company said the net proceeds are intended for exploration and development at its Bald Hill Antimony Project, as well as general working capital.

Each unit would include one common share and half a warrant; each whole warrant would allow the holder to buy a share for $0.50 for two years after closing. The company scheduled the offering to close around October 21, subject to required approvals. The funds had not been raised as of the announcement, and the stated project use is a plan rather than completed work.
