# L’Égypte conclut un accord avec Minhai pour transférer la technologie du vaccin PCV-20

> L’entreprise égyptienne GennVax et la société chinoise Minhai ont signé un accord de partenariat pour transférer en Égypte la technologie de fabrication du vaccin antipneumococcique PCV-20. Le président de l’EDA, Ali El-Ghamrawy, a assisté à la signature lors d’une visite des installations de Minhai en Chine le 1er octobre. Il a visité la chaîne de production PCV-13; les parties ont également évoqué un éventuel transfert de technologie et un échange d’expertise technique.

L’autorité rattache l’accord à la stratégie égyptienne de fabrication de vaccins pour 2024–2030. Elle indique que le partenariat vise à développer les capacités et les compétences, à soutenir la sécurité d’approvisionnement pharmaceutique et à élargir l’accès aux marchés régionaux et internationaux; aucune date ni aucun volume de production n’ont été annoncés.
