# Le DOE prévoit près de 11,1 millions de dollars pour huit projets de formation aux métiers de l’énergie

Le ministère américain de l’Énergie a annoncé le 15 octobre près de 11,1 millions de dollars de financement fédéral pour huit projets sélectionnés en vue de négociations dans le cadre de l’initiative PACT. Les projets doivent créer ou élargir des formations pratiques et des certifications reconnues par l’industrie pour les métiers du pétrole, du gaz naturel, du charbon et de la géothermie, ainsi que des infrastructures énergétiques et des communautés tribales.

Le DOE a indiqué qu’environ 8,8 millions de dollars soutiendraient six projets via son bureau des hydrocarbures et de la géothermie, et qu’environ 2,3 millions financeraient deux projets par son bureau de l’énergie autochtone. Les sélections sont en négociation et les montants sont des estimations du financement fédéral des huit projets.
