The four priorities are primary health care and essential capacities for universal health coverage; addressing health determinants across sectoral policies; expanding service coverage and financial protection; and climate-resilient, sustainable health systems.

The organizations will also use high-level advocacy and multi-stakeholder dialogue, promote evidence-based policy, and support small states and vulnerable groups.
