Participants were guided through airport steps including check-in, security screening, boarding and customs, and interacted with airport employees. The aim was to make a future trip more predictable and reduce uncertainty around the airport experience.

Toronto Pearson said this was the fourth year of the partnership. The release describes a familiarization event rather than passenger traffic or a measure of program outcomes; it does not break down attendance by age or provide an evaluation of longer-term effects.
